As AlpiFinance, we propose our collaboration only when we feel like being able to bring full satisfaction to our clients. This is why we are selective on projects we undertake and we sign a contract only after having a good understanding of our clients’ needs and strategy.
This is also why our remuneration is mainly based on results and performance. We take some risks with our clients ! Generally, at the moment we sign a new contract, we ask for a small fixed amount in order to cover some of our expenses. This fee is mainly “symbolic” but allows us to understand the seriousness of the project.
And this is only when we close the deal that AlpiFinance perceives the pre-agreed commission based on the amount of the capital raised or of the acquisition price.
